Claiming your “sovereignty” may be outside your comfort zone.

That’s why I’m here to help. My mother named me after a Queen after all. I received the message early on that self-agency was my birthright. Learning how to claim it and channel it has been central to my life’s purpose.

we all get to live from our sacred sovereignty?

It starts with each and everyone of us claiming our inherent worth, wisdom and beauty.

That requires that we courageously face the limiting beliefs, outdated wounds, and cultural conditioning that tell us we are not enough. You are more than enough. You are sovereign.

What sovereignty means in coaching is that first and foremost, I see you as the supreme source of your wisdom, creativity, and resilience. You are the ruler of your life. You know best, even when you think you don’t know anything at all. You do.

Spiritual coaching is leading you back to that place inside you that is downright majestic. Crowns are optional.

Contrary to popular belief, our greatest power is found in our deepest pain. Our sovereignty is a space within us that is benevolent enough and brave enough to see the truth beneath the messiness and the ache we feel in our lives, and set us free to claim our place in this world.

I know this is counterintuitive and countercultural, but it’s what my experience has revealed time and time again.

In accepting my deeply flawed and fabulous humanity, the holy majestic is revealed.

It’s important to me that you know that I am a real person with real struggles, just like you. My commitment in my spiritual leadership is to keep things honest, raw, and transparent. Below are a few of my formative life experiences.

I’ve got a long, hard history with depression, what I now call “sacred funks.” Over time, I began to realize that my melancholy had nothing to do with my enoughness, and everything to do with my longing to feel alive, connected, and at home with all humanity. My funks are now a source of compassion for myself, and for others who ache for the same world. How do you handle the intense, less likeable emotions you experience?

I was single until age 39. I know what aloneness feels like. I know what enjoying my company feels like. What’s your relationship like with yourself?

I became an overnight mom to a son I didn’t give birth to. I have extensive experience with shame, inadequacy, doubt, rage and every intense emotion you can imagine. I am not afraid of them. Being a parent, or partner, or friend, or leader, or human, is not about perfection; it’s about radical honesty, and being able to say I messed up, what can we learn here, and how can we do better. How do you navigate the many roles you have in your life?

I’ve been a spiritual seeker since I can remember. I’ve learned my quest is ultimately about connecting with myself, and with you, and the Divine energy that weds us. What’s at the center of your spirituality?

My entire life has been about getting to the heart of who I am, no matter where it led me.

It led me to you.

I call myself a Spiritual Coach because I believe there is hidden wisdom and sacred support behind our every struggle — mental, emotional, physical, vocational, relational, financial, and of course, spiritual.

At the heart of what I do is help people design a life centered on their wellbeing and worthiness.

I love love. I hold a Masters of Divnity degree and am an ordained minister from American Marriage Ministries. Together, we will co-create an intentional ceremony that will make lasting memories. Anticipate a personalized message, meaningful rituals, and smooth order of events. Coaching sessions are included to clarify values, expectations and dreams for your special day.
